Thanks to Paul Mikaelsen for these photos of his Express. Paul flys in and out of La Paz, Bolivia at 13,000 feet and  hopes that the chev LT1 will perform. Note that this is the altitude of the airport, NOT the terrain he must get over!

The governor is driven from the camshaft/oil pump drive just as the distributor would be.
